		Ethics and Privacy We are fully committed to the highest ethical standards in all areas of our operations. In almost 25 years of operation, we have never been the subject of complaint by any regulatory body or enquiry agency, for breach of any regulatory or ethical issue. None of our managers or staff has any criminal record or been the subject of any criminal charges or investigations. We subscribe to and maintain the standards of the Insurance Council of Australia Code of Conduct for investigations and related activities. All our staff are required to sign a Service Expectations Agreement, (which incorporates the ICA Code of Conduct), and all are bound by service agreements which contain express warranties as to confidentiality and professional standards.
