		Logistical Support and File Management Work management is essential to maintain control of files in progress, invoicing and services generally. This has always been important, but the recent changes to both Workers Compensation and CTP legislation in NSW, imposing very tight timetables in both practice areas, make this a crucial issue in delivering factual investigation services. LKA operates a computer-based file management system incorporating deadline scheduling, work-in-progress management, costing and accounting. We have secure email connections to our investigators and some clients, with substantial expansion of this facility in the pipeline. All our investigators are in touch by mobile phone and are available to clients at any time. For client convenience, tight management of work-in-progress, and for efficient management of overheads at our end, we administer all files from our Pymble office. We fax or email your instructions directly to our investigators and surveillance operators on receipt, so there is no delay, and you have the convenience of one-stop dealings with LKA.
