Geoff started with LKA in 1980, after several years with Hunt & Hunt, Solicitors, where he gained experience representing the firmís insurance clients in workers compensation, common law and general insurance matters. As an investigator, Geoff has over 20 years experience with workers compensation claims and most other categories of general insurance. Geoff has advised insurers, major employers and government instrumentalities such as Comcare, on investigation and claims management procedures, and led the investigation team for the Commonwealth in the landmark "Stolen Generations" cases.
KEN TAYLOR, Technical & Training Manager, Factual Investigations
Ken has been with LKA since 1984. He is a qualified lawyer, with experience in all areas of our factual investigation practice. Ken retains a direct involvement in investigations, and has responsibility for technical training and support, our professional development program for factual investigations, and investigation report reviews.
Lou joined LKA in 1990, after qualifying as a lawyer. He is our staff appointed director and works in all areas of our factual investigation practice. In addition to personal involvement with investigations, Lou is responsible for overall service delivery and client relationships in our workers compensation services. We estimate that Lou has investigated around 1000 matters in his career with LKA.
Robyn manages our office services, as well as our file registration and work-in-progress management systems. She is usually the first line of contact on client enquiries for file information, referrals to investigators and so on.
